Furthermore, the DWX-52DCi is a smart solution for dental restorations, as it can produce a wide variety of restorations, including inlays, onlays, abutments, crowns, screw-retained crowns, bite splints, veneers, and implant bars.

The automatic tool changer has 15 stations that can be loaded with a wide variety of diamond, carbide-coated, and DGSHAPE by Roland hybrid tools. This allows continuous milling with multiple shades of zirconia and various materials without interrupting production.

In addition, it includes an automatic air pressure control system that adjusts the airflow based on material data from the CAM software. The DWX-52D also offers automatic dust extraction as soon as you open the front cover, helping to keep dust off your surfaces.
A snap-in mounting system with six material adapters ensures quick and secure setup, making installation errors or damage during insertion a thing of the past. The snap-in system allows for the integration of multiple material adapters. The DWX-52D and DWX-52DCi can mill the same blanks, resulting in scalable and convenient handling. In addition, the DWX-52D features built-in storage drawers and an included blank magazine for an organized and efficient workspace.
The magazine with six slots for 98.5 mm blanks allows pre-assembled materials to be stored and provides faster turnaround times when loading and storing different materials.

Intelligent tool control is part of the simplified VPanel interface. This feature automatically replaces tools in their current position as soon as they reach their user-defined service life. The replacement is performed using a partner tool without having to halt production. In addition, the tool control system has been updated so that milling cutters can be assigned in any desired configuration within the automatic tool changer.
