FIRING AND SINTERING FURNACES

DEKEMA offers a variety of furnaces for processing zirconia in dental technology. Whether firing and sintering crowns or glazing and crystallizing bridges of all standard sizes—anything is possible with these furnaces. DEKEMA can process up to 40 units on a single level.

DEKEMA’s pressing, firing, and glazing furnaces reach firing temperatures of up to 1,200°C. The sintering, glazing, and crystallization furnaces reach temperatures of up to 1,560°C. With DEKEMA, we offer some of the most advanced and fastest furnaces on the market, capable of even firing crowns chairside. AXERA DENTAL offers the following models:
